Join Mariana, a Certified Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Fitness Coach who is passionate about empowering the modern woman through a holistic approach on Pre and Post natal fitness.
Mariana has two little ones, Vida (2.5 years old) and Emma (10 months old). She knows first hand how important it is for yourself and for your baby to stay active during pregnancy and post-pregnancy. Remember that working out helps you have mental clarity, it raises your spirit, it pushes your limits so you can find the power within you, and it makes you feel alive and strong. So come and check it out!

YourSweat brings the attention back to you; focusing on your physical, mental and spiritual strength, so that you can be the woman and mother you want to be. This high-intensity, energetic class is 45 minutes long, and specifically designed for women who are six or more weeks postpartum.
This class address topics such as:
- Any medical issues
- Any current body aches/injuries
- Diaphragm breathing
- Pelvic floor engagement
- Correct form while exercising
- Lower body exercise
- Upper body exercise
What To bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Water Bottle
- Kids: Pre-crawlers only so you can enjoy some self-care time (Kids are not required)
