Healing Postnatal Depletion: A Progressive Maternal Care Approach

This event is specially designed for Maternal Health Professionals

Embrace this opportunity to learn how to help moms restore their energy, replenish their body and reclaim their sense of self – all while connecting and networking with other holistically minded, maternal health professionals. The foremost “Postnatal Depletion” expert, Dr. Oscar Serrallach, MD, will present multiple interactive and illuminating case studies followed by an extensive Q&A discussion.

Postnatal depletion syndrome has largely been understudied by the medical community even though it negatively affects nearly all spheres of a mother’s life after pregnancy and birth. The symptoms arise from physiological issues, hormonal changes, and circadian rhythm interruption, layered with psychological, mental and emotional components. In worst-case scenarios, the depletion pattern can still be occurring decades after birth.

This event is for ALL types of maternal health professionals: mental health providers, OB/GYNs, midwives, naturopaths, doulas, chiropractors, lactation consultants, massage therapists, herbalists, acupuncturists, etc.
