  • You can bring outside food. If you need suggestions, ask us for our list of preferred local vendors. We do not charge outside vendor fees and you’re welcome to use our catering prep area.

  • You can see a complete list of furniture here and take a look at our floorplans. You are also welcome to rent your own furniture or customize the setup.

  • Yes, you can tour our venue virtually or book an in person tour.

  • We offer bookings from three hours to multiple days. Please reach out and an associate will let you know if we can accommodate your needs.

  • All rental windows include set-up and clean-up time. As an example, a three-hour party with one hour of setup and 30 minutes of cleanup would require a booking of 4.5 hours. If your plans change as you get closer to your event, additional hours can be purchased at the rates quoted before or during your event.

  • We offer an kid’s toy package that includes an extensive set of large playsets, wide variety of traditional, non electric toys and puzzles, and two sets of Nuggets for fort building. For ages 1-5 years.

  • We understand that problems can arise, especially during these times. If you need to postpone your event to a different date, we highly recommend adding our $50 Rescheduling Insurance to your rental package. Your deposit is non-refundable within four weeks of your event, and purchasing this protects your deposit and allows you to reschedule your rental. Inquire for more details.

  • Alcohol is permitted so you can BYOB! We also offer bartending services as an add-on.

  • 6 weeks notice is required for all cancellations to receive a full refund (less 10% administrative fee) of the deposit. Between 4-6 weeks notice is required for a 50% refund of party deposit; security deposit will be refunded in full. Notice of 4 weeks or less forfeits your party deposit; security deposit will be refunded in full. Rescheduling insurance protects your deposit in full up until the day of your event. Inquire for details.

  • An event hosted at 4pm or later on Fridays are considered weekends.

  • On the day of your event, if parking in the front is taken, you are more than welcome to pull around to our back door to unload and then park afterward. Our back wall and door are painted bright blue. The alley entrance is just north of 5th Ave. on the east side of Stetson Dr. Guests can snag a parking spot on the street or check out our map of nearby parking garages.
